For match-level markets, the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body is the result that applies for settlement purposes. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes and other official adjustments are all recognised as valid results.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is settled, clear pricing errors that resulted in odds materially out of line with the true market, evidence of match manipulation affecting the outcome, or technical faults that caused incorrect bet acceptance. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your account balance.

Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled normally and any eligible withdrawal balance will be released to your nominated payment method. Accounts closed at the user's request due to responsible gaming concerns will be treated in the same way as a self-exclusion — re-registration will not be permitted until the agreed exclusion period has passed.
An account that has had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. 92coco may notify you before taking action on a dormant account.
